During Adobe Acrobat Pro XI installation with Windows 8.1, we can not find proper product " Acrobat XI Pro" in the combo box next to Serial Number text box at the step to provide the number.
the GUI says
"Serial Number you provided is valid, but qualifying product could not be found on this computer"
How should we do?
Acrobat Pro XSI is not compatible to windows 8.1?
